Mattias Bergdahl is the Deputy Head of Unit in DG GROW’s Standards Policy Unit at the European Commission.

The unit is responsible for overall coordination of European standards regulation, as well as assuring that relevant standards are developed to support policy priorities with a specific view to the green and digital transition and resilience objectives.

He has previous experiences in in the European Commission in international cooperation in the field of telecom and digital, with specific focus on United States of America and the Western Balkans.
