Emma Király is the Senior Program Manager at Junior Achievement Europe, the largest and leading entrepreunership education provider in Europe dedicated to inspire and prepare young people to succeed. In the last school year, the JA Europe network provided over 6.6 million learning experiences for youth in online, in person and blended formats.

Emma pioneers digital programs and initiatives, playing a pivotal role in developing innovative curricula that seamlessly blend artificial intelligence (AI) with entrepreneurship education.

Emma is deeply passionate about ensuring equal educational opportunities, particularly for underserved youth. Her interests prioritize inclusivity and accessibility, making her a driving force for equity in education.

Emma’s prior role at the European Commission involved managing various Erasmus+ programs, where she made significant contributions to policy development and the capacity building of civil society organizations.

With a background as a social and youth worker, Emma has wide-range of work expertise to collaborate with diverse groups, including adults with Down syndrome, children with autism spectrum disorder, refugees and marginalized communities like the Roma/Gipsy groups in Europe. She is a passionate advocate for amplifying the voices of the less advantaged.
