Kedi Välba is the CEO and Member of the Board of Estonian software company Aktors.

Välba is the current Regional Chair for Europe in the EU D4D Hub PSAG and a member of the Global Gateway BAG, as well as the Lead for GovStack Information Mediator Building block working group.

Aktors is a software development company, with expertise in e-Governance and interoperability solutions based on X-Road technology, digitalisation of Justice, Finance, and Homeland Security.

Aktors develops custom software solutions, starting from the analysis to implementation, also offering consultation and end-user training.
