Patricia García is co-founder and Corporate President of Femxa, a benchmark entity in Spain with 25 years of experience in employment consultancy and training. She is also a founding partner of eight other entities that are part of Femxa and an investor in sustainable and R+D+I start-up projects.  

Her regular participation in the press and media and her skills as an expert speaker on training and professional skills have made her a relevant person in the employment training sector. She has participated in different activities and cultural exchanges promoting training as a vehicle for the professional and personal improvement of people, contributing through Femxa to social intervention initiatives, and supporting the employability of different vulnerable groups. 

She also distinguishes herself for having become the first woman president of the Círculo de Empresarios de Galicia and has received several recognitions and awards for her professional career as a leading executive.
